High Temperature Variable Area Flow Meter
Ideal for monitoring barrel heating fluids, thermal transfer fluids, such as Syltherm coolant flows through heat exchangers, and flows through hydraulic sircuits and sub-circuits with elevated temperatures.
- Flow ranges 0.05 to 150 GPM
- Accuracy ± 2.5% of full-scale in the center third of the measuring range
- Repeatability ±1% of full-scale
- Pressure rating up to 6,000 PSI for stainless steel, 3500 PSI for aluminum and brass
- Maximum operating temperatures: H-Series 400°F, J-Series 600°F
CHOICE OF THREE MATERIALS OF CONSTRUCTION
Select from aluminum, brass or stainless steel to meet system and media compatibility requirements.
UNRESTRICTED MOUNTING
Allows the designer to install the monitor in any orientation - horizontal, vertical or inverted.
GOOD VISCOSITY STABILITY
A sharp-edged stainless steel orifice provides excellent measurement stability for viscosities from 0-500 SSU.
RUGGED & RELIABLE
Designed as a hydraulic service tool, this monitor will provide years of maintenance-free performance.
HIGH TEMPERATURE OPERATION
This flow meter was designed to withstand very high temperatures: 400°F for H-Series, 600°F for the J-Series.
24 DIFFERENT PORTS AVAILABLE
Standard selection of NPT, SAE and BSPP ports reduces the amount of adapters required for installation.
BI-DIRECTIONAL AND REVERSE FLOW AVAILABLE
